Contact Web Scraping

I need a reliable script that visits a specific website, extracts information, and saves everything neatly in a single Excel workbook.

1. Contact details – every record must include at minimum the visible owner name, mother's name, plate number, symbol, status, type of plate, brand, model, color, production year, phone number, address, chassis number, engine number, acquisition date, registration date, address2, city, district, governorate.

The extraction has to run through all relevant pages, handle pagination, and avoid blocks or rate limits. A one-click re-run is important, so I can refresh the data whenever needed.

Deliverable
• Clean, well-structured Excel (.xlsx) file with separate sheets or clearly labelled columns for contacts and product pricing/availability.
• The scraping code (Python preferred—BeautifulSoup, Scrapy or Selenium are all fine) with brief instructions so I can set it up locally or on a small VPS.

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % coverage of the site’s listings at the time of run.
• No duplicate rows; all characters properly decoded (UTF-8).
• Script completes without manual intervention and produces the Excel file in one pass.

Please keep the code readable, comment key sections, and respect the website’s robots.txt and rate limits while fetching the data.
