Contact List Research Assistant

I need reliable help expanding the prospect lists my sales and appointment-booking team rely on every day. Your main task will be to research potential customers and supply complete, error-free contact records so my callers can reach decision-makers without wasting time.

Where you will look
You’ll pull data from the channels that already give us the best hit-rate: social media platforms, business directories and company websites. On the social side this specifically means LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Google—profiles, posts, “about” sections, anything that yields a verified name, job title, direct phone number or email address.

What you will hand back
• A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) listing business name, contact name, title, telephone, email and any other relevant notes we can use to warm the call.
• Every entry double-checked for accuracy and de-duplicated before delivery.
• A brief comment column flagging any leads that look especially promising or that may need a follow-up search.

I’ll provide the industry focus and basic search parameters at the start of each batch, then review the sheet once it’s complete. If the data is clean, current and logically organised, the milestone is approved and we move straight to the next list. Fast, clear communication and respect for data privacy are a must—I’m aiming for an ongoing relationship with someone who treats this research as carefully as I do.
