My current site, brianluedtke.com, isn’t bringing in the volume of commercial construction inquiries I need, so I’m ready for a full refresh that positions Brian Luedtke & Associates Construction LLC as the go-to contractor throughout Wisconsin.
Primary outcome
I want a steady rise in commercial construction and general contracting leads—phone calls and contact-form submissions that turn into projects.
Scope of the revamp
• Review the existing WordPress site, clean up the design and navigation, and ensure it looks polished on every screen size.
• Speed matters; I expect Core Web Vitals in the green and a sub-3-second load time on mobile.
• Strengthen local SEO so we rank for new commercial building construction, commercial remodeling and renovations, and general contractor / project-management services. Milwaukee, Madison, the surrounding communities, and searches that include “Wisconsin” are the geographic targets.
• Rework or add lead-capture forms, click-to-call buttons, and clear CTAs so visitors can contact us without friction.
• Set up GA4, Search Console, and basic conversion tracking so I can see which pages and traffic sources generate inquiries.
Deliverables
1. Updated, mobile-friendly website deployed to my existing host.
2. Local SEO foundation: on-page optimisation, metadata, schema markup for a construction company, and a brief content plan for priority keywords.
3. Lead-capture funnel: redesigned contact form, thank-you page, and email notifications.
