Construction Schedule Updates in MS Project

I already have a detailed Microsoft Project schedule for an active construction job; it simply needs to reflect reality again. You will receive my most recent .mpp file together with weekly progress photos, site reports, and a marked-up printout that shows where activities slipped, finished ahead, or were added in the field.
Your task is to:
• Shift task dates and durations so they align with the latest actual start/finish times.
• Add new activities or remove items no longer in scope while preserving existing logic wherever possible.
• Status the job: enter physical and/or percent complete, show finished tasks as complete, and make sure progress lines are accurate.
• Keep critical path calculation intact and highlight any new delays that affect key milestones.
Deliverables
1. Updated .mpp schedule with all revisions saved under a new file version.
2. A one-page PDF Gantt (landscape) that clearly shows progress, critical path, and upcoming activities.
3. Brief change log summarising what shifted, what was added/removed, and the overall impact on completion.
Acceptance criteria: the file opens without errors in MS Project 2019+, all links remain valid, total float values calculate correctly, and dates match the information I provided.
If you have a sharp eye for sequencing and can turn around updates quickly, I’d be glad to work with you.
