Construction Schedule in Primavera P6

I need a full Primavera P6 schedule built for a construction project I am about to launch. The schedule has to go beyond high-level milestones; I want detailed activities laid out for each trade involved in the civil and structural scope.

You will start from my existing design drawings and specifications (PDF and DWG) and translate them into an activity network that shows logical relationships, resource loading and realistic durations. Float, critical path and key constraints must be clear so I can track performance once work begins.

Deliverables
• Native P6 file (.XER) ready to import
• PDF of the Gantt chart with activity IDs and critical path highlighted
• Two-week look-ahead filter saved in the layout

I’ll provide site logistics information, crew productivity rates and any other data you request. Once the draft is complete, I will review and hand back comments for one round of revisions before final approval.
