Construction Projects Proposal Call

I have a pipeline of new construction work that covers more than one sector, with projects ranging from residential builds to larger commercial sites. To keep things moving, I’m inviting qualified contractors or construction consultancies to submit a detailed project proposal for the portion(s) you would like to take on.

Please structure your proposal so it is straightforward for me to evaluate. At minimum, include a clear breakdown of your team qualifications—highlight key personnel, licenses, and any relevant certifications that show you can deliver to code and on schedule.

Optional but helpful additions are your preferred timeline, material approach, and comparable past projects; however, the core requirement is a well-organised, detailed plan that shows exactly how you will execute the work and why your team is the right fit.

I will review proposals as they come in and reach out promptly to discuss scope, milestones, and next steps with shortlisted candidates.
