Our commercial build is moving fast, and I need a dedicated hand to keep every trade aligned, every cost visible, and every stakeholder in the loop.
Your focus will be threefold:
• Scheduling and timeline management – maintain a live master programme, flag risks early, and issue look-ahead schedules so crews always know what’s next.
• Budget tracking and cost control – update the cost ledger, compare actuals to estimates, and highlight variances before they snowball.
• Communication with stakeholders – funnel updates to architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners; organise concise weekly reports and on-site coordination meetings.
You may jump in during planning, active construction, or even final close-out; the tools you use (MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar) are up to you as long as the data stays clear and exportable.
Key deliverables will be: an approved baseline schedule, weekly progress snapshots, current cost dashboard, and a brief status memo each Friday. Accuracy, transparency, and proactive problem-solving are how we’ll measure success.
