Construction Planning BIM Modeling-1

I need a seasoned BIM designer who can transform my architectural concept set into a fully coordinated, construction-ready model. The goal is clear: support construction planning through accurate quantity take-offs, clash detection, and sequencing, while keeping structure, MEP, and our timber truss roof perfectly aligned.

Here’s how we’ll work together
• I will deliver PDF/DWG concept drawings, outline specs, and our preliminary BIM Execution Plan.
• You will build a Revit model to at least LOD 300, create any custom families required, and generate federated NWC files for Navisworks coordination.
• Sheets, schedules, and 2D extractions (plans, sections, details) must come out clean and ready for submission.
