I need a custom website that lets me watch every aspect of my civil-works business in one place. From day one the build must cover all three core areas:
• live site-work progress and daily reports,
• staff attendance with salary, overtime and other payroll data, and
• machinery records with automatic reminders for pollution, insurance and any other expiring documents.

Each module has to share a single, secure database so I can slice the information by project, date or location in just a few clicks. The interface should feel effortless on desktop and mobile alike; if a foreman wants to log today’s concrete pour or a driver needs to flag an upcoming insurance renewal, they should be able to do it in seconds from their phone.

I’m open on the tech stack—Laravel, Django, Node, or another modern framework—as long as performance is solid and future extensions (like analytics dashboards) remain straightforward. Please include user-friendly admin controls, role-based access, and clean export options to Excel or PDF.

Deliverables:
1. Fully functional web application with the three modules above.
2. Responsive front end optimised for low-bandwidth field connections.
3. Documentation covering setup, user roles and daily data entry workflows.
4. One short hand-over session to walk my team through the system.

If you’ve built similar construction, equipment-management or ERP tools, show me a link or brief video so I can see how you solved comparable problems.
