Construction Accountant

We are looking for a Construction Accountant and with a strong knowledge of QuickBooks to support our financial department. The responsibilities include processing payments, updating financial records, account payables/receivables, and managing invoices.
You should have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, good organizational skills, and working knowledge of accounting software. A top-notch candidate should have integrity, excellent mathematical skills, and an understanding of data privacy standards.
WE WILL REQUEST A VOICE NOTE FOR THE SCREENING PROCESS.
ADVANCED ENGLISH REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Collecting and reviewing data for reports.

Invoice Management.

Register vendor's bills.

Preparing payments.

Reconciliations

Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Requirements
Skills required

Advanced English knowledge:

Experience in Commercial Construction

Experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks projects (This is a must)

Experience with AIA Software like Werx, Knowify or CAPS.

Knowledge in billing forms such as G702 and G703 forms.
