We are looking for an experienced Connecteam administrator to help us transition our manual processes into streamlined digital workflows within our Connecteam platform.
The ideal freelancer has a proven track record of configuring the Operations and HR hubs for deskless or remote teams.
Key Responsibilities
Automate Workflows: Set up auto-approval flows, conditional logic, and instant manager notifications upon form completion.Configure Smart Groups: Organize user permissions and tags so employees only see the workflows relevant to their specific roles or locations.
Then possibly;
Build Digital Forms:
Convert our existing paper/PDF checklists, incident reports, and inspection sheets into interactive Connecteam smart forms.
Testing & Launch:
Run end-to-end tests on the mobile app interface to ensure a seamless employee experience before rollout.
