Connect Meta Lead Ads + Google Ads lead forms to custom CRM via n8n

We run a real estate referral business. We have:
- A custom CRM built on Replit (Node backend) – trmrealtor.com
- A self-hosted n8n instance that triggers an AI voice agent to call new leads

We need new leads from Meta and Google to land in our CRM automatically within 60 seconds and trigger the AI call.

SCOPE
1. Meta Lead Ads → n8n (Facebook Lead Ads Trigger) for all current and future lead forms on our Facebook Page. Fix Leads Access Manager, page subscription and Meta app Live mode/permissions as needed.
2. Google Ads lead form webhook → n8n, with google_key validation and mapping of user_column_data.
3. Normalize fields (name, phone in E.164, email, city, buyer/seller, timeline, consent, source, campaign, form ID) and POST to our CRM endpoint /api/leads/intake. Build or fix this endpoint in our Replit backend if needed: API-key auth, dedupe by phone/email, fast 200 response.
4. After the lead is saved, trigger our existing AI-call workflow in n8n.
5. Error handling: retries + alert to us (email or WhatsApp) if a lead fails to save.

ACCEPTANCE TESTS (payment released when all pass)
- Lead from Meta's Lead Ads Testing Tool appears in CRM within 60 seconds with source = Meta, and AI call fires
- Google Ads "Send test data" does the same with source = Google
- Duplicate submission does not create a second lead
- Short Loom video + written notes explaining the setup

ACCESS
Meta Business partner access, n8n user account, Replit collaborator. No passwords will be shared.
