Connect Landing Pages Email

I have three static landing pages ready to go. Each page contains a simple enquiry form; the moment any visitor submits a form I need a clean, well-formatted email with all the form fields delivered to my chosen inbox.

Here is what I need from you:
• Wire all three forms to a lightweight backend handler so that every submission triggers an email notification.
• Preserve the current HTML/CSS layout—no visual tweaks are required.
• Deploy the integrated pages to my hosting account (I’ll provide FTP / cPanel access) and run a live test with me to verify that the emails arrive correctly.

My team will decide which server-side language we’ll keep long-term, so please build the handler in whichever of the usual suspects (PHP, Node.js, or Python) best fits quick deployment on shared hosting; clear, well-commented code is important so we can swap stacks later if needed.

Acceptance criteria
• All three pages load from our domain without console errors.
• A test submission from each page lands in my inbox within a few seconds, showing every field exactly as entered.
• After deployment you supply the edited source files plus a short README that explains any environment variables, mail credentials, or routing rules you created.
