I already run verified business profiles on both Facebook and Instagram and now want everything—including our dedicated WhatsApp phone number—working seamlessly under one Meta roof so I can launch coordinated marketing and promotional activities without friction.
Here is what I need from you:
• Guide me through (or directly handle) adding the WhatsApp number to my Meta Business Manager, completing all verifications, and making sure it appears as a contact option on both the Facebook Page and Instagram profile.
• Link the three properties so I can create cross-platform ad campaigns and boost posts from either app while tracking performance in a single Ads Manager view.
• Confirm that customer messages originating from Instagram and Facebook ads route correctly into the WhatsApp Business inbox.
• Provide a quick hand-over note covering any settings you changed, plus simple next-step advice for running promotions.
Everything must remain compliant with Meta policies and 2-factor authentication should stay active on all accounts.
