Configure Team Cloud Storage

I want to move my small team onto a subscription-based cloud storage platform that supports three users. Images make up almost all of our files, yet I still need everyone to be able to leave comments or mark-up notes in real time. Our total space requirement is modest—well under 100 GB—but access control is critical: I will act as the sole administrator and must be able to decide exactly what each colleague can see, edit or share.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Evaluate and compare the best cloud services (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or any other you trust) against my criteria—image-centric storage, real-time collaboration features, permission granularity and cost.
• Guide me through subscribing to the chosen plan, keeping future scalability in mind.
• Configure the new workspace: create the three user accounts, set folder-level permissions and test upload/download performance.
• Provide a short, clear hand-off document or screen-share walk-through so I can manage users, storage limits and backups on my own.
