Configure Five Gmail Accounts

I want all five of my staff to start using professional, domain-based Gmail accounts while keeping our current domain intact. Your job is to handle the full Google Workspace setup, point the MX records correctly, and make sure each mailbox is up, tested, and secure with 2-step verification.

Alongside email, please switch on the essentials we’ll actually use—shared calendars, Google Drive file sharing, and basic contact groups—so the team can collaborate right away. I’m still undecided about migrating old mail; build that option into your plan and let me know the extra steps or tools involved so I can choose before we go live.

Once everything is running, give me a short hand-over document showing the DNS changes you made, the admin console settings, and simple how-to notes for the team. Clean, one-off setup is what I’m after; no recurring management contract needed.
