I want practical, step-by-step guidance that lets me start using Anthropic’s newest Claude variants—Fable 5.1, Opus 5.5 and the upcoming Fable 5.5—alongside bleeding-edge GPT builds such as GPT-6 Astra and GPT-6.1 Sol, all for little to no cost. My primary goal is coding and full-app generation from natural-language prompts, so whichever route you suggest must work smoothly for that workflow. A browser chat, a VS Code extension or a lightweight REST API are all fine with me; I simply need at least one option that is reliable and inexpensive.(MY pc cant run it locally no gpu)
