Configuration of Local AI Agent

Hello,

I am looking for an experienced AI & Automation Specialist to fully configure and set up a local Computer Use AI Agent (Vision + GUI Automation) directly on my machine.

Key Project Requirements & Workflow:

1. Full Setup via AnyDesk:
The freelancer will connect directly to my machine using AnyDesk to build, configure, and troubleshoot the entire environment from start to finish.

2. Native Open WebUI Integration:
Everything (the model, orchestration, and desktop control tools) must be fully integrated and operational inside Open WebUI as the main chat interface.

3. Vision + Mouse & Keyboard Control:
- The agent must visual interpret the desktop screen (Vision) to locate elements, buttons, and text.
- It must execute direct GUI actions (mouse movement/clicks and keyboard text typing) based on natural language prompts.

4. 100% Open-Source & Unrestricted (Crucial Requirement):
The model and tools MUST be fully open-source, uncensored, and unrestricted with zero safety guardrails or task refusals.

5. Delivery Time & Testing Procedure (Urgent - 24 Hours):
- Project Completion: Must be fully delivered within 24 hours.
- Pre-Delivery Demo Video: Before finalizing, the freelancer must record a short 1-minute preview video demonstrating the chat execution inside Open WebUI (e.g., typing "open youtube" in the chat and the system automatically executing it).
- Live AnyDesk Verification: After the video, we will conduct a live hands-on test together on my machine via AnyDesk to verify that screen vision and automation work seamlessly.
