About the Show
We're producing an entertaining social media video series called "Red Flag or Green Flag: Property Edition."
The show features a male property investment adviser and a glamorous, confident female co-host discussing provocative scenarios involving men, money, relationships, property ownership and financial decisions.
The concept is simple: We present a scenario, and you decide whether it's a RED FLAG or GREEN FLAG — then explain why!
All recordings take place remotely via Zoom or Google Meet. Content will be edited into engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and YouTube Shorts.
Example Show Questions
- He owns three properties but still lives with his parents. Red flag or green flag?
- He earns £10,000 a month but doesn't own a house.
- He drives a £100,000 car but rents his apartment.
- He has £200,000 in mortgage debt but owns multiple rental properties.
- He wants you to split the bills 50/50 so he can invest more money into property.
- He refuses to buy designer gifts because he's saving for another investment property.
- He owns five rental properties but still works a regular 9–5 job.
We want genuine reactions, playful disagreements, interesting opinions and entertaining conversations.
Your Role
- Join 20–30-minute Zoom or Google Meet recording sessions.
- React to Red Flag or Green Flag scenarios.
- Share your honest opinions confidently.
- Challenge and debate the male property adviser in a fun, engaging way.
- Ask spontaneous questions and create entertaining moments.
- Bring energy, humour, personality and natural chemistry to the conversation.
No property investment experience is required. The property adviser will explain the financial and investment aspects.
Who We're Looking For
- Female, aged 18+.
- Glamorous, stylish and confident on camera.
- Outgoing, expressive and comfortable sharing opinions.
- Strong conversational English.
- Fun, engaging personality with a good sense of humour.
- Comfortable discussing relationships, money and lifestyle.
- Reliable and available for recurring recordings.
Technical Requirements
- Good-quality smartphone or webcam.
- Clear microphone and stable internet.
- Good lighting and presentable background.
- Zoom or Google Meet access.
Recording Details
- First recording: Thursday, 5 November, starting at 5:00 PM UK time.
- Duration: Approximately 20–30 minutes.
- 100% remote.
- Paid freelance opportunity.
