Conference Reel Video Editing

I have a stack of raw footage from an upcoming conference and I need it transformed into punchy, polished reels that can do triple duty—promote next year’s event, educate our online audience, and serve as a lively post-event recap. You’ll receive the uncut camera files, but any B-roll, motion graphics, or stock elements beyond that are yours to source, so resourcefulness is key.

I’m looking for an editor with solid, proven experience (please highlight this in your bid) who can:

• Select standout moments, weave them into short vertical reels, and add captions, lower thirds, and dynamic transitions
• Balance audio, colour-grade for a consistent look, and layer in royalty-free background music where it lifts the energy
• Deliver multiple versions sized for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and TikTok, each under 60 seconds and ready-to-post in H.264 MP4

Acceptance criteria
• Final files meet platform specs and pass a quick spot-check for pacing, clarity, and brand style
• All external assets are licensed or free to use commercially, with proof of licence provided
• Two minor revision rounds included to fine-tune text or shot order
