Conference Photographer in Netherlands, Den Haag

I will be hosting a high-profile conference for a visiting Saudi CEO in Den Haag on the 28th or 29th of September and I need a seasoned photographer who can stay with us for the full day.

You’ll need an eye for storytelling: candid shots of attendees as they connect, crisp keynote speaker images from the main stage, and well-composed group photos for press releases and social media. Key moments to capture include the award ceremonies, networking sessions, and several panel discussions; timing will be shared in the final agenda so you can plan your lighting and positioning in advance.

Because the guests are VIPs, professionalism and discreet conduct are essential. I expect fast-turnaround editing—colour-corrected, high-resolution JPEGs suitable for print—and a secure online gallery for quick distribution to our communications team.
