Condo Remodel Social Videos

I have raw “before” walk-through footage and fresh “after” shots from a full condo remodel and I need them turned into polished, scroll-stopping social videos. The look should stay professional and clean—think sharp cuts, tidy text overlays, light motion graphics, and color that feels bright but true to life.

Publishing plan
• Several micro-clips for Instagram and Facebook feeds/reels (≈15–30 sec each)
• One showcase piece that runs about a minute, long enough to tell the story without losing attention

What I will supply
• All video files and a folder of stills
• Logo, brand colors, and font files
• A rough sequence suggestion and any key talking-point captions

What I need back
• Finished MP4s optimized for Instagram & Facebook (vertical 1080×1920 or square where it makes sense)
• Clean before/after transitions, subtle branding, royalty-free background track, and baked-in captions where provided
• A project file (Premiere Pro or Final Cut) so future edits remain easy

Acceptance
• Clips meet the stated run times
• Text is legible on mobile and aligns with supplied brand kit
• Audio is clear and copyright-safe
