Condo Porch Drawing Revisions

***FLORIDA Registered engineer (PE) sealed final drawing is essential. ***

I already have a two–sheet PDF set that shows a 6 ft × 14 ft L-shaped, non-load-bearing porch enclosure for my Florida condominium. What I need now is a clean, permit-ready revision:

• Add clear overall and detail dimensions throughout the entire enclosure.
• Call out all material specifications we have agreed on (framing, glazing, fasteners, finishes).
• Insert the written notes that my General Contractor and the local inspector supplied. They must appear exactly as given, in the annotation style used on the current sheets.

The goal is to return a drawing package that looks cohesive—lineweights, title block, and sheet order must match the existing set—while reflecting every new requirement.

Please work directly on the supplied PDF or, if you prefer, trace it in AutoCAD/Revit then issue both the updated PDF (ready to print at 24 × 36) and the editable DWG/RVT. Accuracy is critical; I will verify dimensions and notes against the field measurements before signing off.
