Condo Noise Evidence Recording

I need a full-day capture of the recurring disturbances in my condo so I can submit clear, time-stamped evidence with a formal noise complaint. The spikes show up on my phone at well over 50 dB, especially between 6 am–12 pm and again after 6 pm, and I want a more rigorous, defensible record. Also I needed the directional of where the noises coming from example like up or down or left or right which previous sound engineer said cannot tell where it was coming from and under 50 decibels but my cell sound meter were all above 50 decibels even some extreme loud of 90 decibels.

Your role is to set up a flat-response microphone and a calibrated sound-level meter in my unit, run them for an uninterrupted 24-hour session, then hand over both the raw audio and the corresponding dB logs. The kit should sit unobtrusively while still picking up sudden bangs as well as steady hums.

Please outline:
• The exact mic and SPL meter models you’ll use and when they were last calibrated
• How you will keep the audio and log timestamps perfectly synced
• The file formats you will deliver (WAV plus CSV/PDF report) along with a short written summary that highlights the loudest events

Acceptance criteria: continuous 24-hour recording with no gaps over 30 seconds, clear dB(A) peaks and averages for the entire period, and matching local-time timestamps ready for submission to the condo board or city authorities.
