I need a precise quantity take-off focused only on concrete elements for an upcoming project. All drawings are provided as PDFs, so you will be working directly from those files.

Your deliverable is an Excel-based Bill of Quantities that:
• Lists every concrete item with customised, project-specific descriptions (not generic standards)
• Shows clear units, calculated quantities and any assumptions in a separate notes column
• Is organised by drawing reference so the numbers are easy for my estimating team to verify
