Concrete Structural Design & Analysis

I need a qualified structural engineer to design and check the strength of the concrete slabs, foundations, and walls that form the primary support system of a new commercial-industrial facility. The project involves a full analytical review—loading, load paths, and code compliance—followed by clear reinforcement detailing ready for construction.

The scope covers:
• Modelling the structure (bridge-like transfer frame, floor plates, and vertical elements) in software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or SAFE
• Running serviceability and ultimate limit-state checks to current code (ACI or Eurocode—advise on the most appropriate)
• Optimising concrete member sizes and reinforcement to achieve an economical yet robust solution
• Producing calculation packages and stamped design reports
• Delivering GA drawings, bar-bending schedules, and editable CAD/Revit files

Acceptance criteria
1. All concrete members must satisfy the selected design code’s strength and deflection limits for the full set of governing load combinations.
2. Drawings and schedules are coordinated, clash-free, and build-ready.
