I’m ready to launch a website / app that will sell digital downloads, but first I need a razor-sharp project brief that keeps the entire build team aligned without drowning them in fluff.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• A clear one-pager (or similarly tight format) that states the purpose of the site—an e-commerce platform focused exclusively on digital products.
• Key user journeys that show how a visitor discovers, purchases, and receives a download.
• A succinct feature list covering catalogue management, secure payment, instant delivery, licence handling, and basic analytics—no more, no less.
• Any must-have tech considerations or integration notes (payment gateway, fulfilment automation, DRM, etc.) phrased so developers and designers can act on them quickly.
• Measurable success criteria I can hand straight to stakeholders.

Keep language plain, keep it actionable, and trim anything that doesn’t serve the goal of “sell digital goods online.” If you have a favourite framework—Lean Canvas, PRD lite, Notion templates—I’m open to it as long as the end result stays concise.

Once delivered, I’ll review and confirm it hits the mark; if a tweak is needed, we’ll iterate once to lock it down.
