Computer Equipment Quality Inspection

I need a thorough, on-site inspection of a mixed lot of IT hardware before it is released for shipment. The shipment contains desktops, laptops, printers, projectors and monitors; the core focus is on the Desktops, Printers , projectors laptops and Monitors, but every piece in the lot should be checked.

What I expect you to do
• Record model, serial number, basic specs and physical conditions.
• Capture clear, well-lit photos of every device and any cosmetic or functional issues you find.

Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet or Google Sheet covering every item.
• Photo archive organised by device and labelled for quick reference.
• One-page summary of findings, highlighting units that failed and common problems.

Acceptance criteria
All items in the manifest are accounted for, photos are in focus and correctly labelled, and your spreadsheet can be cross-checked against the physical inventory without gaps.
