Compress Videos & Fill Forms

I have two steady but simple workflows I’d like to hand off.

First, I regularly receive raw video files that need to be downsized before I can archive or share them. You’ll pull each file from my Google Drive (or Dropbox), run it through HandBrake, and re-upload the smaller MP4 while keeping visual quality good enough for web viewing. A quick checksum or file-size note in a shared sheet lets me track completion.

Second—and this is the part I’ll need most often—you’ll log in to a web portal and copy-paste data I provide into repetitive online forms. The fields and template don’t change, so once you learn the rhythm it’s fast work, but accuracy is critical. I’ll supply the source information in spreadsheets or text docs, plus a short loom video that walks through the process.

What I value
• Careful attention to detail; typos or wrong dropdowns slow both of us down.
• Familiarity with HandBrake (or the willingness to follow a quick setup guide I share).
• A reliable internet connection, as everything moves through cloud storage.
• Clear written English so we can sort questions in a single message rather than five.
• Consistency—I’d love the same person handling these tasks week after week.

Typical deliverables
• Compressed video files returned to the correct Drive/Dropbox folder.
• A status note (filename, original size, compressed size).
• Completed web forms, confirmed by a green “submitted” indicator in the portal.

If you have past data-entry or basic video-editing experience, mention it along with the hours you’re free each week. I’m flexible on pricing—hourly or per-task—so include the rate structure that suits you best. Looking forward to keeping this workflow smooth and ongoing together.
