QuickFIX already has core SEO foundations—service and local landing pages, a blog, a sitemap, and IndexNow notifications—I’d outsource growth and quality, not a generic “SEO package.”

Give the SEO partner this brief:

Baseline and measurement: Audit Google Search Console and GA4, confirm sitemap coverage and indexing, record current organic clicks, impressions, leads/bookings, and top landing pages. Report changes monthly against this baseline.
Technical audit and recommendations: Review crawlability, canonical URLs, redirects, page speed/Core Web Vitals, structured data, duplicate or thin pages, and internal links. Ask them to provide prioritized recommendations; have changes reviewed before they touch the live site.
Local SEO: Improve the Google Business Profile and accurate business listings, then build relationships for relevant Kerala/local citations and links. Keep business name, address, phone, and service areas consistent.
Content: Build a keyword-to-page plan around real service and location searches. Improve existing high-potential pages first, then create useful articles that link naturally to relevant service pages. Avoid mass-producing near-duplicate city pages.
Quality backlinks: Seek relevant home-services, property, community, and local-news mentions. Require a list of each proposed and earned link, the linking page, target URL, and status. Reject paid link schemes, private blog networks, bulk directory submissions, and guaranteed-ranking promises.
Monthly reporting: Ask for Search Console results, qualified leads/bookings from organic traffic, pages improved or published, indexing issues resolved, and backlink evidence—not just DA/DR scores or ranking screenshots.
