Comprehensive WooCommerce Site Audit & Fixes

My store, wrapking.in, runs on WordPress + WooCommerce with Elementor, Blocksy, LiteSpeed Cache, Razorpay, Delhivery tracking, GA4, Google Ads and a few custom PHP/JS snippets. It is live and taking orders, yet I can see several rough edges—especially in UI/UX. Navigation flows feel clunky, the visual language is inconsistent across pages, and interactive elements such as forms, buttons and feedback messages don’t always guide shoppers smoothly to checkout. Before I green-light any code changes, I need a thorough technical and design audit, then a clear, fixed-price plan to correct and enhance the site.

Scope of the audit
• Review UI/UX with special focus on navigation & layout, visual consistency (colors, fonts, imagery) and user interactions across desktop and mobile.
• Test mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals and overall performance under LiteSpeed.
• Inspect WooCommerce flows—cart, checkout, Razorpay gateway, COD/prepaid handling, Delhivery shipping & live tracking.
• Verify email notifications, WhatsApp order alerts, GA4 events and Google Ads tags.
• Identify on-page SEO gaps and quick-win opportunities.

Post-audit implementation (to be priced after the report) will likely include design refinements in Elementor/Blocksy, speed tweaks, checkout optimisations, gateway or webhook fixes, and any new features that surface during the review.
