I need a fresh, unbiased round of testing on my live website so I can launch with confidence.
The scope covers three key areas at once—functionality, usability, and cross-browser/device compatibility.

Functional checks

• Assess overall user-interface design for clarity, consistency, and visual feedback.

Compatibility sweep
Run the same journeys on the current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, plus at least one iOS and one Android handset, documenting any layout or interactive glitches.

Deliverables
• A concise defect log with severity, clear reproduction steps, screenshots or video, and environment details.
• A summary report highlighting usability pain points and quick-win recommendations.
• Confirmation matrix showing which browsers/devices were covered and the outcome.
