Website Development & Changes – Work Description
Project Overview
The following changes and updates need to be completed on the existing website. The website is already developed, so most of the work will involve redesigning existing sections/pages, making minor functional changes, adding a few new pages/features, and updating existing integrations.
Design references, content, static pages, and required links will be provided wherever mentioned.
1. Redesign of Booking Forms
Redesign 2 existing booking forms according to the new designs that will be provided.
Maintain the existing functionality while implementing the new UI/design.
Make the required minor changes/adjustments in the booking forms.
Ensure the forms remain fully responsive on:
Desktop
Tablet
Mobile
Location API
Integrate a Location/Places API into the booking form.
The location search should provide better and more accurate location suggestions.
The same location/search functionality also needs to be added to the specified page where it will improve the user's search experience.
2. FAQ Updates
FAQ Page
Review the existing FAQ page.
Update/add the FAQs based on the content that will be provided.
Implement the FAQs according to the existing/new design.
Service Pages
Add the provided FAQs to the relevant service pages.
Ensure the FAQ section is properly formatted and responsive.
Content will be provided.
3. Redesign Contact Us Page
Redesign the existing Contact Us page according to the new design/reference provided.
Keep the existing functionality unless otherwise specified.
Ensure the page is responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
4. Add One New Service Page
Create 1 new service page.
A reference page/design and existing code will be provided.
The new page will follow/copy the existing structure and functionality.
The main difference will be the new service content, which will be provided.
Maintain the same design, layout, responsiveness, and functionality as the reference service page.
5. Booking Form → Dashboard Integration
Connect one specific column/field from the booking form to the dashboard.
The submitted information should be correctly passed and displayed in the dashboard.
Ensure the data is stored/displayed correctly without affecting the existing booking functionality.
6. Footer Updates
Make the required replacements/updates in the website footer.
Changes may include:
Text replacement
Links
Service names
Other footer content as provided
The exact content/replacements will be provided.
7. Payment Success Pages
Create 3 payment success pages.
A static/reference page design will be provided.
All 3 pages should follow the same design/style.
Create the pages according to the provided reference.
Only the required content/details will differ between the pages.
Ensure all pages are responsive.
8. Redesign 2–3 Service Pages
Redesign approximately 2–3 existing service pages.
Designs/references will be provided.
Existing functionality should be preserved unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
Update the layout/UI according to the new design.
Ensure all redesigned pages are fully responsive.
9. Search Box on Service Page
Add a search box/search functionality to the relevant service page.
The search should make it easier for users to find the required service/content.
Search behavior and exact requirements will be discussed/provided.
10. Service Pricing & Stripe Payment Links
Pricing needs to be updated for 3 services.
Update the prices displayed for the 3 specified services.
New Stripe payment links will be provided.
Replace the existing Stripe payment links with the new links.
No major Stripe/payment integration changes are required unless specifically identified during implementation.
Verify that the updated links work correctly after implementation.
11. Dashboard Minor Changes
A few minor changes are also required in the existing dashboard.
These may include:
UI/text changes
Field/column changes
Data display adjustments
Minor layout changes
The exact changes will be provided during development.
General Requirements
Do not break any existing website functionality.
Existing features and integrations should continue working unless specifically mentioned for modification.
All new and redesigned pages must be fully responsive.
Follow the provided designs/references as closely as possible.
Maintain the existing website's coding structure where practical.
Reuse existing components/code where appropriate rather than unnecessarily rebuilding existing functionality.
Ensure forms, API integrations, dashboard data, and payment links are tested after changes.
Check the website on desktop, tablet, and mobile before final delivery.
Fix any bugs/issues caused by the new changes before completing the work.

Budget & Developer Bidding
The total budget for the complete scope of work mentioned above is ₹2,500 INR.
This is the total project budget for all the website changes and requirements listed in this scope.
If you are interested in completing the full project within the ₹2,500 budget, please bid or message me for further discussion.
The detailed workflow, task sequence, and implementation requirements will be discussed after the initial discussion regarding the pricing and project scope.
