I need a qualified food-science professional or accredited laboratory to run a full nutritional analysis on a new snack product I’m preparing to launch. The core focus is objective, lab-grade data rather than sensory work; taste, texture, and shelf-life studies are already covered elsewhere.

Scope
• Determine calories and complete macronutrient profile (protein, carbs—including total and added sugars—fat, saturated fat, trans fat, fibre).
• Quantify key vitamins and minerals in line with FDA/EFSA labelling requirements.
• Screen for additives and preservatives, confirming both presence and concentration against specification limits.

Methodology & Reporting
Use widely accepted analytical methods (AOAC or equivalent). Deliver a clear, printable report that lists raw data, method references, and final rounded values suitable for a Nutrition Facts or back-of-pack panel. Highlight any components that exceed recommended daily intake or require reformulation.
