Comprehensive Shopify App Testing & Feedback

I have a live Shopify app that I’m about to push into wider promotion, and before I do that I want a fresh set of expert eyes on it. Your task is to go through the app exactly as a merchant would, stress-test every corner of it, and hand back a clear, well-structured report that tells me what works, what doesn’t, and how the overall experience feels.

Scope of the test
• User interface and usability – every screen, button, and message should be intuitive and visually consistent.
• Performance and speed – note any sluggish moments, long load times, or stalls.
• Security and data protection – confirm sensitive actions (log-in, data saves, API calls) behave safely and expose nothing.

Key workflows to cover
• Account management: install, onboard, edit settings, change plans, uninstall.
• Product listing & search: create listings, edit variants, run bulk actions, filter or search items.

Feedback I expect
• Bug reports and reproducible steps (screenshots or short Looms help).
• Practical user-experience suggestions that would make a merchant’s life easier.
• A top-level performance summary with any metrics you can pull (load times, network spikes, etc.).

Deliverables
1. A single PDF or Google Doc summarising findings, prioritised by severity.
2. Spreadsheet (optional) with all bugs, steps, expected vs. actual result.
3. Final verdict: “ready for public review” or “needs fixes”, with rationale.

If everything checks out and your report is positive, I’ll be asking you to leave an public review of the app as the final milestone.
