Comprehensive SEO-friendly Website with AI Integration

I am needing a new website that will cater for (Currently) 3 different avenues of work offered with more to come later. So client gets to select a option on the landing page, then can select from the variables in the individual avenues offered. This website must be seo and backlinks friendly so marketing can be done to rate me up on top with google and others. Data capture required for each option they select for the various trades, and will need to be info like Name / address/ email/ Mobile category of work sorced/ Ideal booking day and time - this will all be needed in a word doc and exported via email into my scheduling program. If you can also help with AI answering to capture info into database for bookings , I am also interested in that as I am sometimes not available to answer the phones, and after hours. I am not looking for a marketing agent that wants monthly retainers, however if you are able to do a great job, you will be retained for any further works required on this site.
