I am developing a new K-12 campus and need a complete architectural package that blends modern efficiency with traditional character. The scope covers every learning and support space on site—classrooms, administrative offices, sports facilities, and the connecting halls—so the final scheme must read as one coherent environment rather than four separate projects.

The mixed style brief means I’m after clean modern lines, sustainable materials, and contemporary circulation, balanced by warm, familiar elements that echo classic academic architecture in façades and interior detailing. Natural light, flexible layouts, and inclusive access are essential throughout.

Please guide the project from concept to permit-ready documents, coordinating with structural and MEP disciplines where needed. Autodesk Revit or Archicad for the BIM model is preferred, with exports in DWG and PDF for consultants and council submission.
