Comprehensive Residential Design Package

I already have a fully plastered structure and now need a designer who can take it from blank shell to finished show-piece. Externally, I picture a clean, Modern façade that celebrates design as hero while allowing for tasteful secondary finishes where they make sense. Inside, I’m looking for a calm, Minimalist language that still feels warm and livable.

Scope of work
• Exterior: façade concept, front elevation, entrance, gate and boundary treatment, colour and material palette, detailed façade drawings, 3D renders.
• Interior: room-by-room design for living, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and staircase, including feature walls, TV wall, false ceilings, lighting plans, furniture placement and colour schemes.
• Hard-finishes & fittings: flooring layouts, tile/granite/marble schedules, kitchen countertop specification, window choukhat & sill detailing, door and window selection, ramp, parking and terrace design.
• Drawings & documentation: floor/tile layouts, ceiling layouts, wall, kitchen and bathroom elevations, material schedule plus all editable source files.

Deliverables must include high-quality 3D exterior and interior renders that accurately reflect the agreed palettes, along with CAD/REVIT/SketchUp files (or equivalent) that remain editable for future tweaks. All selections should reference readily available products to ensure smooth procurement on site.
