# Multi-Vendor Food, Grocery, Alcohol & Delivery App – Android & iOS
I am looking for an experienced **mobile app developer or development team** to build a professional, scalable **multi-vendor delivery marketplace** for **Android and iOS**, initially targeting the Namibian market with the ability to expand internationally.
The platform will allow customers to order **restaurant food, groceries, household/retail products and alcohol** through one application, while connecting customers with restaurants, grocery shops, retailers and delivery drivers.
The business model is based on **product markups, vendor commissions, driver credits, advertising and our own exclusive liquor business**.
## 1. CUSTOMER APP
Customers should be able to:
* Register/login and manage their profile
* Browse restaurants, grocery shops, supermarkets and retail stores
* Browse our exclusive liquor store
* Search and filter products
* View product images, descriptions, prices and availability
* Add products to cart
* Place orders
* Save multiple delivery addresses
* Select locations using GPS/maps
* Make secure online payments
* Receive order confirmations and notifications
* Track drivers and orders in real time
* View order history and receipts
* Rate vendors and drivers
* Use promotional codes and discounts
* Contact customer support
The interface should be modern, fast, simple and user-friendly.
## 2. RESTAURANT MARKETPLACE
Restaurants should have their own vendor account/portal where they can:
* Create and manage their restaurant profile
* Upload menus and food items
* Set prices and product images
* Manage availability and opening hours
* Receive and accept/reject orders
* Update food preparation status
* View sales and order history
* Run promotions and discounts
The platform should support revenue through a **configurable markup and/or commission** on restaurant orders.
## 3. GROCERY & RETAIL MARKETPLACE
Approved grocery shops, supermarkets and other retailers should be able to list:
* Fresh produce
* Meat and poultry
* Dairy products
* Beverages
* Snacks
* Household products
* Personal-care products
* Baby products
* Packaged foods
* Other retail products
Vendors should be able to manage products, prices, inventory and availability.
### Product Markup System
A key feature is a flexible **percentage markup system**.
The administrator should be able to configure markups:
* Globally
* Per vendor
* Per category
* Per individual product
Example:
Vendor price: **N$100**
App markup: **15%**
Customer app price: **N$115**
The markup percentage must be configurable from the admin dashboard without requiring an app update.
## 4. EXCLUSIVE ALCOHOL MARKETPLACE
Alcohol will be supplied **exclusively through our own liquor store**.
Competing liquor stores will not be permitted to list alcohol on the platform.
Our liquor store will:
* Own/manage alcohol inventory
* List products on the app
* Set prices
* Manage stock
* Receive alcohol orders
* Prepare orders for collection
* Manage promotions
The app should have a dedicated **Alcohol** section.
The system must include appropriate **age verification, responsible alcohol-delivery controls and compliance features** required by applicable Namibian laws and regulations.
The liquor store should be managed as a separate business/vendor within the platform while remaining under our ownership.
## 5. DELIVERY DRIVER APP
Drivers should have a dedicated mobile
