I need an up-to-date Excel file that covers every well-known dine-in restaurant operating in Melbourne, Ballarat, and Geelong. Fast-food chains are out; the focus is on places where customers actually sit down for a meal. For each venue you capture, I’m after the following core fields:

• Restaurant name
• Full street address with suburb and postcode
• Phone number and email (or best public contact)
• Current menu items with indicative pricing
• Recent customer ratings or review scores (source noted)

A supplementary requirement document that lists a few extra columns and formatting guidelines will be emailed to you as soon as we start, so you will have the exact field order and naming conventions to follow.

The finished file must be returned in .xlsx format, cleanly structured and free of duplicates. Please verify addresses and contact details so I’m not chasing dead links or closed venues. If you plan to combine manual research with tools such as Google Maps, TripAdvisor, Zomato, or similar web-scraping utilities, that’s fine—as long as the data is accurate and neatly organised.
