Comprehensive Medical Catalogue Design

I run a fast-growing medical equipment and infrastructure distribution firm and our range has outgrown the one-pagers we have been sending out. I need a single, polished catalogue that I can email or upload as a Digital PDF and that will immediately show potential clients the depth of our line without overwhelming them.

Here is the framework I have in mind: the pages should be clean and systematic, grouped by product types rather than alphabetically or by manufacturer, with concise product descriptions (no technical spec tables). Text, images, brand colours, logos, and any regulatory statements you might need will be supplied; I simply need you to shape them into an attractive, easy-to-navigate document. An interactive table of contents, uniform typography, and space-efficient image placement are essential so buyers can jump straight to the category they care about.

Deliverables
• Press-ready, screen-optimised PDF catalogue
• All editable source files (InDesign preferred, Illustrator/Photoshop where applicable)
• A second compressed PDF under 10 MB for email

Once the design language is set I will feed you the raw product copy and imagery in batches; I expect iterative proofs so we can sign off on each section before you assemble the full book. If you have healthcare B2B design experience—or simply a sharp eye for sterile yet engaging layouts—that will be a plus.
