I’m looking for a hands-on QA professional to put my site through thorough, human-driven checks—no AI tools, crawlers, or prerecorded scripts. I want to know exactly how the site behaves for real people in real situations, so clear, step-by-step observations are crucial.

Scope of the test
The work must cover three core areas:
• Functionality – confirm every feature behaves as intended, spot broken flows, and verify error handling.
• Usability – gauge how intuitive pages feel, highlight friction points, and note anything that confuses or slows a user down.
• Performance – monitor load times and responsiveness, calling out moments where the experience lags or stalls.

Environment matrix
Please run the tests across the full range of devices and browsers my customers use:
• Devices: Desktop/laptop, Tablet, Smartphone
• Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari

Deliverables
- Consolidated test report summarising findings for each device–browser combination.
- Reproducible bug list that includes exact steps, expected vs. actual result, screenshots (or screen recordings where helpful), and severity.
- Final recommendations ordered by priority so I can fix critical issues first.
