Comprehensive Internship Platform Development

I’m building an end-to-end Internship & Skill Development system that works seamlessly on the web and as a mobile app. Students must be able to register, choose a course or internship, pay online, and instantly receive an enrollment/acceptance letter. From their personal dashboard they should watch training videos, download study material, submit assignments and projects, track attendance, and—once evaluated—download a digitally signed certificate with a QR code our verifier can scan.

Core modules I need:
• Student dashboard with progress tracking, attendance logs, assignment & project submission
• Admin panel for user, content, fee and certificate management
• Mentor panel to review work, mark attendance, grade projects and leave feedback
• College/partner panel so institutions can onboard their cohorts and monitor performance
• Payment gateway integration for Indian and international methods
• Automated certificate generation with tamper-proof QR-based verification
• Scalable architecture that lets us later plug in company HR dashboards and new colleges with minimal rework

Must-have experience points: secure coding, responsive UI that feels professional and corporate, fast load times, role-based access control, cloud deployment, and database design ready for heavy growth.

Acceptance criteria
1. Fully functional web platform plus cross-platform mobile app published to stores.
2. Successful test transaction from registration to certificate issuance, QR passing a third-party scan.
3. Admin, mentor and college dashboards performing stated tasks without errors under load.
4. Source code, DB schema, and deployment scripts handed over with documentation.
