Comprehensive Interior Design & Modeling

I’m looking for a single creative partner who can take care of interior design and full 3D modelling for three distinct settings at once: my home (living room, bedroom and kitchen), a modern office suite, and a mid-size restaurant. I’ll share measured plans, photographs and functional notes as soon as we kick off; from you I need integrated yet tailored concepts that respect how differently each space will be used.

For the residential rooms, please weave in clever storage, ergonomic furniture placement and warm, layered lighting. The office should feel collaborative while remaining comfortable for long hours, and the restaurant must combine smooth circulation with an atmosphere that photographs beautifully for social media.

Deliverables
• Mood / concept boards for every space
• Detailed, editable 3D model files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or comparable)
• At least three high-resolution renders per zone
• A concise material and furniture list that links back to the visuals

Acceptance criteria: models open cleanly with no missing textures, renders match the agreed palettes and all dimensions align with the floor plans provided.
