I’m putting together a full-featured HR Management System for our CPPS collective work project and need a developer who can take the idea from concept to a secure, responsive website.
Core goal
The platform will function first and foremost as an HR team management system, but it must also be fully accessible to managers and individual employees so everyone can interact with the same live data set through their own permission-based dashboards.
Key modules we must ship
• Employee records & document storage – create, update, archive, and search personnel files with version control.
• Leave requests & attendance tracking – real-time balances, automated approvals, calendar integration, and downloadable reports.
• Recruitment & applicant tracking – job posting, candidate pipeline, interview scheduling, and hiring decision logs.
Technical expectations
The stack is flexible, but I’m leaning toward a modern SPA approach (React, Vue, or Angular upfront with a RESTful or GraphQL API), backed by a relational database such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. Clean code, clear commenting, and an admin-friendly UI are essential. Role-based access control, audit trails, and GDPR-compliant data handling must be baked in from the start.
Deliverables
1. Fully deployable web application (source code + database schema)
2. Installation and environment documentation
3. Brief user guide for HR, managers, and employees
