Comprehensive HR Recruiter Needed ASAP

I’m looking for a recruiter who can take ownership of our entire early-stage talent lifecycle. You will step in and start screening incoming applications, run structured interviews that give me clear hiring data, and then guide each successful candidate through a smooth, engaging onboarding process.

Here’s what success looks like for me:
• Daily review of new resumes with concise scorecards pushed to our ATS.
• Calendar-coordinated interviews (virtual or onsite) where you dig into both skills and culture add, then return decisive feedback within 24 hours.
• A welcoming first-week onboarding plan prepared and executed for every hire, covering paperwork, systems access, and introductory training.

I’ll provide access to our current ATS, video-interview platform, and onboarding checklists; you can suggest improvements or tools you prefer if they streamline the workflow.
