Research Target and Acceptance Criteria
The target is 200 unique potentially relevant grants / scholarships / foundations.
Research Rules
* Target: 200 unique opportunities
* No duplicates
* Exclude only opportunities that are clearly irrelevant
* If eligibility is uncertain, mark it as Unclear and include it
* If grant amount, deadline, MitID requirement, or other information cannot be found quickly, mark it as Unclear
* Do not spend excessive time researching a single opportunity
* When in doubt, include it
* The priority is to minimize missed opportunities rather than to achieve perfect eligibility accuracy
* After reaching 200 opportunities, please tell me if you believe there are still a substantial number of additional relevant opportunities that could be researched
Important
I am intentionally using a broad screening standard.
Some opportunities may later turn out to be ones I cannot apply for. This is acceptable.
I would rather receive some false positives than miss grants that I could potentially have applied for.
However, clearly irrelevant opportunities, fabricated information, duplicates, broken/non-existent grants, or entries with no reasonable connection to my background should not be included.
Delivery Acceptance Standard
The completed research will be considered successfully delivered if it meets a minimum 75% quality threshold.
I may review a random sample of approximately 40 entries from the submitted spreadsheet.
An entry will count as satisfactory if:
1. The grant / foundation actually exists
2. The source or website provided is genuine and reasonably relevant
3. There is a reasonable connection between the opportunity and my background
4. It is not a duplicate
5. Any information entered is reasonably supported by the source
6. Uncertain information has been marked as “Unclear” rather than invented
7. The opportunity is not obviously ineligible based on a clearly stated mandatory condition
At least 75% of the sampled entries must meet these standards for the final delivery to be accepted.
This does NOT mean that 75% of the grants must ultimately be grants I am eligible for.
Eligibility may legitimately remain uncertain.
The 75% threshold measures research quality and relevance, not final grant eligibility.
