Our in-house team is midway through building an ERP system(Web portal, Android and ios apps) that spans a Laravel backend, a React web interface, and a Flutter mobile app. Before we push further, I want an impartial, senior-level eye on three fronts: the underlying code, real-world functionality, and overall user experience.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Code quality review
– Scrutinise architecture, modularity, security practices and performance across MangoBD, React and Flutter.
– Flag anti-patterns and provide clear, actionable refactor suggestions.
• Functional testing
– Validate every critical workflow end-to-end, from data entry to reporting.
– Document reproducible issues, severity, and recommended fixes.
• UX evaluation
– Assess navigation, responsiveness and visual consistency on both web and mobile.
– Supply quick-win UI improvements alongside longer-term usability recommendations.
Acceptance criteria
1. A consolidated audit report (PDF or Markdown) that includes annotated code excerpts, test findings and UX heuristics.
2. A prioritised remediation checklist ranked by impact and effort.
3. A 60-minute hand-over session (video call) to walk my team through results and next steps.
You’ll have access to the private Git repository, staging servers and Figma screens as needed. If tools such as SonarQube, ESLint, PHPUnit, Jest, Flutter Test or automated CI scans help speed up coverage, feel free to deploy them—just document any configurations you add.
Timing is flexible but I’d like the entire audit wrapped up within two weeks of project start. Let me know your approach, sample deliverables from similar reviews, and any questions that will help you scope the effort accurately.
