I have an inventory of both loose diamonds and finished diamond jewelry that I’m ready to bring to market through an online storefront as well as a small physical retail space. I need an experienced e-commerce and retail strategist who can take me from zero to first sale by handling three critical areas:

• Creating advertisements – polished ad copy, eye-catching social media creatives, and any Google/Facebook Ads setup needed to drive qualified traffic.
• Setting up the sales platform – selecting or configuring the right online store solution (Shopify, WooCommerce, or a platform you recommend), integrating secure payment gateways, and ensuring inventory syncs seamlessly with my in-store POS.
• Managing customer interactions – drafting email templates, live-chat flows, after-sale follow-ups, and basic CRM automation so every prospect and walk-in receives prompt, professional attention.

Success for me means the store is fully operational, ads are live with clear KPIs, and a repeatable process is in place for handling inquiries both online and in person.
