Comprehensive Dealer & Customer Portal

I’m building an end-to-end portal that lets me manage every piece of dealer and customer data in one place. The site starts with a secure dealer login, expands into customer / vehicle registration, and automatically issues an e-warranty with full serial-number control. Both dealers and customers will have access, and I need their accounts to be fully customizable so I can switch features on or off per tier later.

Key modules that must work together seamlessly:

• Dealer Management – role-based login, profile editing, permission matrix
• Customer & Vehicle Registration – quick VIN lookup, document upload, editable records
• E-Warranty & Serial Tracking – unique number generation, PDF certificate, search and revoke tools
• Principal Dashboard – live KPIs for registrations, sales, and warranty claims
• Shopping Cart & Payment Gateway – standard catalogue, discounts, tax rules, checkout through Stripe, PayPal or a pluggable alternative
• Reporting Suite – exportable summaries on dealer performance, warranty uptake, inventory by serial number

The flow should feel effortless: a dealer registers a vehicle, the customer gets an instant warranty email, inventory decrements, and the transaction appears in my dashboard and reports without further clicks.

Technical expectations
• Modern responsive UI (React, Vue or similar)
• Secure REST or GraphQL API with JWT/OAuth authentication
• Relational database design ready for millions of serial records
• Clean, commented source code in Git plus deployment instructions

Deliverables
1. Fully functional web application deployed on a staging URL
2. Source code with README and schema
3. Basic seed data for testing
4. Short hand-over session or video walkthrough
